Claims Policy for Manufacturing Defects
If you believe a product purchased from BeautyBaazzar has a manufacturing defect, you can submit a claim by following these steps:
- Required Photographs:
- A clear picture of the product showing the area you believe has a manufacturing defect.
- A copy of the original receipt or invoice that clearly shows the purchase date, location, and amount.
- A picture of the product tag (ensuring the product number is visible) for apparel or footwear. For equipment, include a picture of the attached sticker.
- 2. Claim Review Process: Once the claim is submitted, BeautyBaazzar will inspect the product to determine if the defect is due to manufacturing. The decision regarding the claim will be final and communicated directly to you.
- 3. Replacement Process: If your claim is approved, you will receive an authorization email. Please present this email (either a hard or soft copy) at the original store where you made the purchase. You may choose a replacement product of equal or lesser value from the available stock.
In case of unavailability: If the same or similar product is not available, no cash refund will be issued. However, you can select another product from our available stock of equal or lesser value. If the replacement product is of lesser value, no refund will be issued for the difference. If the replacement product is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
Timeframe: The replacement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the authorization email. After 30 days, the claim will no longer be eligible.
- 4. Claim Eligibility:
- Claims must be submitted within six months of the original purchase date.
- Claims will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Non-genuine or counterfeit products.
- Missing manufacturing tags or product stickers.
- Products showing excessive wear and tear or misuse.
- Products damaged due to improper care or harsh treatment.
- Purchases made from unauthorized sellers or platforms.
Exchange Policy for Size, Fit, or Style
Products can be exchanged due to size, fit, or style at the original place of purchase. Since different stores may have their own return and exchange policies, please refer to your invoice or the store’s specific terms and conditions for details.
